Nicole Clark-Cunningham      |      Managing Attorney

Attorney Nicole Clark-Cunningham was born and raised in Austin, Texas. She was raised to believe that your goals, no matter how big can be achieved through commitment and dedication. At an early age, Nicole developed a passion for advocacy and was inspired to become an attorney. Through hard work and persistence, she followed her dreams and earned her Juris Doctor from Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, Texas.

Following law school, Nicole refined her knowledge of Driving While Intoxicated Law while representing the State during administrative license revocation hearings. From there, Nicole joined the Harris County District Attorney’s office where she handled thousands of misdemeanors, felonies, and juvenile cases during her 6 year tenure. As a prosecutor, Nicole served in a leadership capacity and worked closely with the administration to provide training and education for the launch of the First Chance Intervention program, an initiative to prevent first time marijuana and theft offenders from being convicted of low-level misdemeanors. Among many other notable assignments, Nicole served as a specialty prosecutor in the Family Criminal Law Division of the Harris County District Attorney’s Office.

The experience that Nicole has gained as a prosecutor has provided a well-rounded perspective of examining a case from the viewpoint of both the prosecution and the defense. Nicole's experience has shown her, that sometimes good people encounter a justice system that often times fail them when their voices aren’t heard. Let us be your voice.. Let us fight for you.

Outside the courtroom, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband, family and friends. She also enjoys traveling to new destinations to experience new foods and culture.
